So i downloaded this mod to my minehut server the other day, and when i used it it was kinda working. I turned everything on but i still haven't seen a single structure or anything. The only thing he does is stand behind me or walk away in the distance. No signs, nothing. And when i turn on ''give it control'' it does nothing. I built a shrine and everything and even waited the 3 in game days but nothing works. Does anyone know why?

If you see him that means everything is working as intended. Structures spawn in new chunks so you'll have to go exploring, alongside that they're not a common spawn either. Everything else you've listed doesn't occur too often so it'll be a while before you see those things occur.

Turn back on Haunting Delay, that should fix your issue.

Turning Haunting Delay off disables him from spawning at all, it's largely designed for if you want to use the Herobrine Shrine to summon him

Once he's in the only thing that really needs to be adjusted depending on how often you see him or don't see him is sighting chance
