whenever i try to log in to my server i can join but my screen is grayed out and i cant move. mobs are still able to interact and kill me i just cant do anything as seen in the picture. please help asap

We did not create the "from the fog" modpack on Curseforge, and do not troubleshoot other mods, my apologies.

LES created the Mod "From the Fog" but not the collection of mods in the Mod Pack.

yeah im lookin for a possible solution for this i doubt its from a mod in the mod pack

It likely is, From the Fog is just a datapack and can't alter your screen or restrict your movement

Your character appears to have no health, so that may be part of it. If you have a sanity related mod that may be part of it also.

i mean i dont even get the chance to play the game like at all is what im sayin i cant even open up the menu to quit out

You may have to just close out of your minecraft and restart it in that case.

its on an aternos server so idk if that could be leading to something wrong

Maybe. I don't know, From the Fog has never caused anything like this to our knowledge.
