you open up your .Minecraft folder, open up the folder titled “saves,” move that file you downloaded into that folder, then unzip it.

drop in the download
unzip the download
when you check your list of worlds it should be there.

go into FtfWorldMovie, move the file called "Fromthefog" to the saves folder, and then move the other zipped file into your resource packs
