Some from the fog structures don’t generate, and the leafless trees biome just doesn’t generate at all

Youd have to be specific what part of Modern Beta since theres multiple generation types. For best compatibility id use the default modern beta option. default Modern Beta only disables the Modern Minecrafts default Biome height limitations, which if its looking for structures to spawn it probably cant find the right conditions in the terrain
1.7.3 Beta gen would probably require rewriting multiple spawn conditions all over again for the different terrain, for a majority of the features in FTF
