I downloaded the mod for my server with friends and play a prank on them. The mod works but herobrine does not have a texture, so I suspect that I also need the resourcepack with the mod. The problem is that I can't tell my friends to download that resource pack because then they would notice. Is there no way for herobrine to be seen without requiring everyone to download the resource pack?

In the case that you do mod resources isn’t over vanilla or another mod is conflicting
