Signs and Config not working. From the Fog.

I cannot find the config file in the actual server files, nor access the in-game config menu, because all options are displayed as [] [] [] [] etc. (this happens with vanilla and custom resource packs) Also the signs "Herobrine" leaves display as "sign message line 1, 2,3 etc" I verified I have the most current version, I am running Fabric 1.20.1 on a locally hosted server. Please help when available, thanks!

Are you playing with the datapack or the mod?
When you say "Custom resource packs" does this include the FTF Resource Pack (assuming you are using the datapack)?
If you are using the mod, try moving "Mod Resources" to the top in the resource pack section.

and no the texture doesn't show up in the pack for the serverr or client

anmd when I use function create, it's just an armor stand

Are you running any other mods? It’s a texture issue. You could try to download the data/resource pack file and activate the resource pack that way but it should just be listed as “mod resources” in your resource pack menu

Really quick, if i am using a server for my friends and I, can I upload the texture to the server resource pack?

You should be able to make it the server resource pack yes
