I have the modpack (M-tech) , but for some reason mod resources such as textures and sounds.... they're just not there.
I tried raising the "Mod resources" above everything else... it didn't work. Also resource-pack (datapack version of the mod) did not help.

I figured out the cause, it's Kubejs... more specifically the modpack scripts.

Any of the mods could also cause things like that
