I've been playing with the "From the fog" mod, and my herobrian doesnt seem to leave any dreadful donations, no signs, no jumpscares, hes basically just there, doesnt really do a lot. Is this normal?

i've seen him A LOT, and its on uncommon, thinking of setting it to rare

i've found he appears more at night and at storms, he seems more active in the following days after lighting a shrine
