How do I open the config on Multiplayer?

I just recently started using From the Fog on a vanilla server I run on my PC. I have tried to open the config while on the server and it says it is an unrecognized command. When I try to use the command in the server's command line, it says, "commands.function.success.single" but it does nothing. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?

I forgot to mention that it is a fabric server and I am using the mod version, not the datapack. I have confirmed that the mod is working as I have seen him many times. And one other question about the FTF SMP, is Xaero's minimap/worldmap allowed? I read the server rules but am still a little confused about that part.

Which file do i have to edit so that herobrine can destroy my stuff?
I've tried this in the picture below but dont see anything related to destroying buildings

Omg the bot said it. I have cheats disabled, that must be why the command isn’t working. Ill try it this aft and report back.

The config is in-game, don't edit the datapack files

Use /function fromthefog:admin/config
