I've just been playing on my modpack without it enabled and found out while playing it renabled itself and reinstalled

I just did a refresh of my modpack (as I don't see the mod there at all) and it reappeared like it reinstalled itself.

Yeah I thought it was a bug at first and maybe it wasn't. While I was playing I was just going to a desert wondering if I turned off the mod and herobrine decided to basically say: Yeah you didn't turn off the mod. And gave me a mini-heart attack.
