Custom signs?

Hello! I'm playing around with this datapack for a personal server, and I wondered if it's possible to replace the messages they normally spawn with with something else. I see them in the lang files, but I wasn't sure how much that would mess with other things in the datapack. I tried messing with it once and got some strange errors, but, fool that I am, I'm terrible about changing things in isolation so it could have been that or another thing 🥲 Thanks in advance!

On a similar note, is there a way to test Mr. Brine's Signs?? 😅 I guess I could always just wait around and Hope but yknow.

Then look at him

and look away

when you turn back there should be a sign

May take a few tries to get a sign
