Random redstone torches

Would be cool, if you can find randomly placed redstone torches in caves. Maybe you can change how common they spawn in the config

Problem would be is if they apeared close to a redstone contraption or tnt

I've found random single torches before too.

Yeah I've found a single redstone torch before I think it's already a feature

Though I think they spawn when the world is generated instead of appearing like signs and stuff

I mean you could probably just check for if it's going to be next to redstone components or tnt

Im pretty sure this was added, I was mining and I found one placed in the center of a cave
