herorbine himself isnt someone who is bound to the rules of survival nor creative
he is more like a virus in your game that spooks you
so what isnt more unsettling then having things generate like floating water that isnt flowing down or fire in the sky
or randomly finding a bedrock block somewhere
or even a block with no texture

now what would be even better is if you find something like this and then when you look away and then look back, its gone

the theme of the mod is: you're not alone. So something out of place and impossible that you didn't do would be fitting for that theme

also thing that herobrine could do that fits with broken block states
turn on your furnace when it has no fuel
it wouldnt cook your stuff but just look like its on

well big reason people beleaved in herobrine was because they saw glithed world geniration
and asumed it was herobrine
that would inclued things floading like water

and that was scary as heck

most videos I remember were scared about crosses in their mc world

but that could be more recent than what you're talking about

another thing is, Minecraft itself breaks it's rules sometimes, with sand spawning on top of nothing at all (quite common)

nevermind, the biggest problem is that from the fog is meant to feel like survival, so having glitched/unnatural things being a part of the mod feels too much like a modpack

Because they tought that the world geniration glitches like half trees or chunk borders or floading blocks where herobrine

I could see something less cursed but weird come from the mod though
