Adding to server

For the life of me I cannot get this to work. He appears but is made of diamond hoes and I dont know if anyone else on the server sees him. I'm on bisecthosting if that matters. Any help would be appreciated!!

Like the website says, if he looks like diamond hoes then the resourcepack isn’t applied correctly.
