Version/download

I have been trying to download the mod for awhile and can not seem to get it to work. I've tried all versions from 1.19 to 1.19.4 and all have said it's the wrong version. I am also confused if I am supposed to put the entire zip file in both the mods folder and the resourcepack folder. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I've looked over all the answers and I am still lost.
