I'm trying to run From The Fog with Essentials mod so I can play with my friends. The modpack loads fine with just Fabric-api and Essentials but when I add From the Fog it says it requires Fabric-api even though it's already installed. Am I doing something wrong?

FTF is completely multiplayer friendly! Be sure to use the datapack for any servers you may make as the mod may have unexpected consequences. Don't worry though, there is no difference between the mod and the datapack! If you have any other questions be sure to check out our website or other support tickets before asking.

You aren't doing anything wrong, but to solve this I recommend just using the datapack.
