You put in the skins you want and it compiles them into a resourcepack that you apply on top of ftf
You can change the skin names, the skin pack name, and the body type

Oh no we do, but if we deny one for any reason you can just make a pack and add it anyway.

I think the blood idea isnt too bad personally but it kinda looks too bright, not saying that you have to listen to me but even then I know what you mean as well..

I wish I could edit it. Unfortunately idk how to do that. Sucks I can't use it on console too I play Bedrock and it sucks I can't use custom skins.

Not sure you can use them with bedrock or anything, but there's a minecraft skin website named the Skindex that has a decent skin editor

Some time later and I have to agree with past self, the blood actually doesnt look all that bad but obviously it goes over the gore limit..
