Can’t detect f5 with data pack

#

It isn’t specific to fabric or forge

#

Not modders completely

#

No the people that made this aren’t modders

we are

#

however, anything in the datapack will need to be in the mod and vice versa

#

We very much know how

#

but we like keeping it the same

May not be able to detect f5 in Datapacks but what about the datapack detecting entering third person?.
I say this all the time, I am no modder or coder so I dont know but I like thinking of ways that may be possible sooooo Would it?.

what about detecting a key press?

# dense gust what about detecting a key press?

They said F5 wouldnt work which is technically Key, right?.
Besides if detecting a key then that means you would need to make sure that the mod can also pick up whether the keybind for Third Person has changed to a different key or not whereas how I see it possibly working and at its best (I could be wrong, not a coder/modder) is by if it detects Third Person being enabled..
Also in terms of thinking about this, it would actually be more suited if this idea were to be a jumpscare feature since it kinda also has the foundation in doing so..
Perhaps if under certain circumstance like hearing footsteps behind you, you follow up by entering third person Herobrine will jumpscare you maybe even forcing you back into First Person..
All just fun in coming up with ideas though.. CX

# sand rock That makes absolutely no sense

Im not saying to detect F5, what I was more or oess saying is would it be possible to detect Third Person by the feature itself?.
Not the pressing a key to activate third person..
Hopefully that makes a bit of sense, sorry if my wording sucks as well.. 😅
