okay

#

press windows + r, it will open a dialog menu. Enter "%appdata%" in that menu. Then you should see a folder called ".minecraft" open it and find your "resourcepacks" folder. Simply copy and paste the demon eyes zip into there. Then in-game open options > resource packs... and apply the pack.
