Due to them being fabric mods, there is no way to blacklist them specifically unless the mods themselves tell the server they are present.
That being said, these mods change how the client communicates with the server and you will likely be banned if you use them.

It is also true that modern Minecraft hack clients such as Liquidbounce are able to bypass the Hypixel ban using viaversion xD

its kind of a risky situation.

ViaFabricPlus has the chance of getting you banned, because some changes/fixes aren't properly implemented, Hypixels anti-cheat detects those small inconsistencies, and may ban you as a result of that because it is not how a native 1.8.x client would behave.

However, ViaFabricPlus 3 is going to fix most of these problems because it just underwent a recode, doesn't mean it will fix all the problems, but it certainly fixes a lot of them, stuff like water is still broken though as far as I know.

also the ViaVersion devs do not recommend using ViaFabricPlus on Hypixel if your account is important to you.
