(FIXED) why does soar client delete itself when closing?

my soar client deletes itself from my system completely when its closed idk why but when i checked appdata and local the folder ".soarclient" wasnt there how do i fix this its too annoying to keep reinstalling the client and also my soar client shortcut doesnt work it says that the shortcut file doesnt exist like "the shortcut was not found because soarclient.exe was not found" or smth like that pls help and i will be one happy cookie
