First Go into Minecraft Soar Client And From There open the Resourcepack And drag it in Because Tlauncher and Soar Client Are In Different Folders

if yes, then click resourcepacks folder
dont close the folder, open the resourcepack zip
select the 3 files
ctrl + c
go back to resourcepacks folder
make a folder there (name doesnt matter)
click on the new folder
press ctrl + v
if not, go back one directory and click the .minecraft folder
then click resourcepacks folder
dont close the folder, open the resourcepack zip
select the 3 files
ctrl + c
go back to resourcepacks folder
make a folder there (name doesnt matter)
click on the new folder
press ctrl + v

then launch soar

the resource pack should be there
