What if teds death scene by the nocturnal was different?

Instead of him getting spit by the Nocturnals acid, the nocturnal attacks ted and rips teds arm.. then the nocturnal uses that arm to bash teds head repeatedly…
OR..
the nocturnal stabs/gouged teds eyes and rips the top/hald of teds head..
