From what I understand, it will likely be a long time before Payload Cloud is accepting new customers. They're currently redoing it. Until then, you can always deploy on Vercel, Railway, VPS, or anywhere else you can deploy a Next.js project. If you're looking to get started with a Payload project, you can just run npx create-payload-app

thx for advice but i was going to use it for cloud because it is easier than cloudinary.

are you just looking for object storage? there are a bunch of options for that, too: https://payloadcms.com/docs/upload/storage-adapters
