I have several collections that are readable by all, or multiple user roles, however, I do not want the users accessing the collections through the admin panel. How can I remove the collections from the admin panel for those users while still retaining read access?

While CSS does work, is there a method to modify the query that populates the admin panel without creating a custom build?
