Issue: At the start of Season 3 I lut forward an issue about how bright the game got to the point where y eyes were starting to hurt and with wanting to keep them safe I was unable to play the full season 3. I now come back to Season 4 and that issue has not been fixed in the slightest. My screen outside of the UI is dark compared to the blinding UI.

Fix the brightness and revert it to how it was in Season 2 and not Season 3 onwards

Issue: Swapping from Genie to Jack Sparrow between races then causes a visual bug where Jack attempts to snap like Genie if using a skill while his signature is active. It puts poor Jack through the taffy puller.

Issue: After claiming the collection reward, I got a "visual" bug in form of a blue "fog" on the screen. I encountered it once before already, but didn´t think much about it and swept it to the side thinking it was only a one time issue. But now I´ve encoutered it again and made a video.

Issue: The mini map is constantly glitched for me. Sometimes it's major glitches like in the first two photos, sometimes it's slight glitches like in the third and fourth, and sometimes it just disappears altogether and you can only see the racer icons like in the fourth and fifth photos.
This is almost every game for me. The map is glitched more than it is correct.

this is the most annoying thing on earth. 1 - half of the time, the particles just load as colours and end up darkening the screen. This progressively gets worse as I play more and more races.

Also, this one happens with asphalt 9 too, but there is a visual glitch where the screen bottom of the screen will just flash black. This isn't just in the game, but the entire UI is affected as well. No matter what PC platform I'm using, BOTH these issues still happen.

Not 100% sure if this is graphics "issue" per-se as much as it is maybe an oversight? I believe this should be Sultan and not THE Sultan as it has the same naming convention as the Aladdin crew member

  • I was using Lilo's power in Elsa's castle and I noticed that during her surfing ability she kind of leaves the edge of where she is. I mean graphic goes out of bounds. I don't know if this is supposed to be planned. But I'm sending a video for you to see.

  • When I arrive at the finish line, during Vitória's video, Aladdin's carpet or car does not appear. It appears he is without a vehicle.

Not sure if this an intentional change, but the map icons are different after doing the preload. The map icons are now the ones shown when a character stuns another character, in the upper right indicator. The map icons use to be the same as the ones used at the end of the Results screen after each race.

Boost In the Brazilian Portuguese language, Steambot Mickey's graphic name has gone beyond the frame. Make the font a little smaller or increase the graphic size a little more.

The name is:
Mickey do Barco A Vapor

Boost The translation of events continues in English and is not in Portuguese. Same for the character collection. The collection is in English and has not been translated into the desired language.

Issue: The "Edit Racer" menu on the main menu of the game glitches out when scrolling up or down in this menu. Character pictures flicker badly when scrolling. Iv seen this behavior on every version of the game, but it seems worse on the Switch.

Issue: The track route choices are bugged, it shows the same name and the same picture for both route 1 and 2. Checked with friends on a few accounts, all have the same issue. One of them is meant to be called "Snow-Covered Kingdom" and I think the picture in my screenshot is actually that route. However, for me they are both called "The North Mountain".

This was an issue that started at the beginning of Season 4 and still continues today. Whenever you change your racer using the shortcut sorting option, their flair animation stops and just stand there in their default standing pose. This happens on every single mode (LTE, Season Tour, Private Track, Local Freeplay and Starter Circuit). The only ones that seem to work fine are Ranked Multiplayer and Regulated Multiplayer. Video clip of an example of what I mean. First one is of the issue, second is of how it’s meant to be intended.

Issue: What seems to be a visual bug regarding Aerial Stunts. I am spamming the Jump button in this clip across the three viable jumps. By the looks of the small speed boost received upon landing the game knows I'm preforming a stunt, just not representing it visually. This has happened in a couple of Ranked Lobbies this morning, but this is the only one I clipped.

Jack and jumba are still using other characters animations since last season.
Jack flicks his fingers like genie and flips backwards like alladin.
While jumba jumps on alladin carpet.
It mainly happens when Jack has his unique skill active and uses another one.
Where as jumbas is a bit trickier to replicate.

Issue: I am using the "Oswald" Character in ranked. after I got to the SIlver rank, i unlocked this plate that should say "OSWALD" but instead it shows the Aladdin plate saying "MGK CRPT ". I think this is a graphic issue or a bug.

Issue: it's a little hard to explain but when you go to a friend's pilot card, you should see his progress of shards (number of shards owned on number of shards needed to star up the pilot). That progression is wrong, i checked some pilot cards and i noticed that the first number (shards my friend should own) is actually the number of shards that I own. The second number (shards needed to star up) is correct because it's the number MY FRIEND have to reach to star up.
This is a screenshot i took on a friend's pilot card. You can see 20/20 shards but only 1 star.

Issue: When viewing other player's profile. Going to the racers screen - sorting by "multiplayer rank" doesn't work. It displays the MPRs, but doesn't sort correctly. I found that it changes the order of the racers according to my own racers MPRs instead of the player I'm watching.

Issue: Was scrolling through my characters and changed their appearance, but when I came to the Beast it looked like in the screenshot. Now many characters and cars are looking the same - also on main screen. After restarting the game everything looks normal for now - even the Beast.

HEAVY WARNING FOR ANYONE REVIEWING THIS, THIS CONTAINS SERIOUSLY HEAVY FLASHING LIGHTS THAT COULD PROVOKE SEIZURES!

game crashed during racer boost, once rebooting the game every image asset in the files (i assume) gets flashed on the screen in rapid succession, this is literally a seizure inducing glitch this needs to be fixed asap because people's wellbeing are at risk here.

Issue: Screen darkening when particles are pixelated and/or weird colors. Every few races there will be one random race in any context (MPR, Season Tour and other events) that will start of with these weird colored particles (especially the fire ones) and whenever they'll be on screen the whole thing will darken and I end up almost having to do the race as if i was blind because of it. Any way to fix it?
PS: the lag is just the recording software the game runs smooth 80-90% of the time.

I feel like I am the only one who is having this in-game map issue. Also this isn’t a bug but please make the UI bigger in splitscreen like the boost bar and item slots are very small despite being important

And here i come for the graphics settings problem.
I have a question why you guys don't give us options to change graphics settings in android
For example i cannot change my resolution scaling and i cannot turn on and off effects.
This is the same problem with Asphalt 9 legends and now speedstorm.
Please at least provide us little bit freedom.
Here in this situation is even worst.
You only give us options to change brightness with advance graphics settings tag.??

I have no clue which issue I should be putting this under. Just wanted to say I have a visual bug with Monsters Inc Collection Kitty atrophy. It’s stuck on a forever loop and as you can see even refreshing the achievements didn’t change anything. Also it keeps showing Herc and which ever achievement I last hovered over.

Since Day 1 of the Pirates Season, the Advanced Settings do not do anything.
I have Shadows off as an example and I still see them in-game.
The same applies to that SSR setting that's supposed to turn off all forced reflections on surfaces. With it off, the effect it's still there.

Bottom line is that none of the effects apply (or in this case, get removed) even after the Season 10 update and is still causing performance issues. Please stop ignoring this, it's been two months already.

There is a bug in the newer pirates version of the track that causes visual misrepresentation of placement and “wrong way” glitching. It also will reset you and let you control the kart even after the race is over. I’ve lost multiple streaks because of this and it’s beyond frustrating and hearing that other people are experiencing the same things isn’t fun for anyone.Please do something about this ASAP it’s bringing down the fun and frankly putting me off of playing ranked at all in anticipation that a glitch might cause a loss. Thank you and hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

Issue: I got a new 1440p monitor and the game suffers from low fps and flickering in main menus. I can drive smoothly with 100+ fps and 20% GPU usage but when I return to menu my GPU usage jumps to 100% and my frames drop down causing terrible lag.

CPU: MSI B550-A Pro

I have been having some issues with the new monitor in other applications aswel. I have also found out that Windows 10 has some issues with HDR content which might have something to do with the high GPU usage. For now I have disabled HDR through windows 10 settings but somehow it's still being activated in some places. Currently I am unable to record my screen properly because of the higher resolution and high CPU/GPU usage causing those videos to be very low frame rate.
I didn't have any issues with my older monitor so it's most likely caused by the new monitor in some form. I also tried recording the flickering on PC and it actually didn't appear on the recorded video. My phones camera didn't really show it well either so I'm not sending a video from that. Lower (1080p) resolution has the same issue. My in game FPS is also set to 120. Resolution scale 100%. V-sync On.

The flickering seems to be most common when opening the game and when loading in to a race. Also tabbing in the game after the game has been out of focus causes flickering.

Issue: Silver Screen variations 1, 2, 3, 4 (maps with the part included) has an area where the game thinks you shouldn't load some of the textures. The issue has been around for a while and it happens 100% of the time. All you need to do is drive near the wall in the correct part of the track. I added some images to show it properly. One of the images also has an area painted with red to show where it happens approximately.

We're currently one week away from the end of the first part of the season and some of us haven't been able to play for how badly the game is running on the platform.
The framerate is a disaster and it's almost impossible to play like this in stuff like the multiplayer mode.
