These racers clutter up the store page, plus there's nothing keeping you from buying shards for a character that you've maxed shards, meaning people can risk spending money only to have those shards convert into season coins because they forgot/didn't know they had all the shards before buying, which feels wrong
For example, I already have all the shards for Kristoff, Hans and Anna, but the shop still gives me offers to buy shards for them, when it shouldn't

Even if the pricing is more for racer boxes, the number of crew in this game now makes these boxes impossible to get the one thing we want. 1) loyal players will feel they are rewarded for spending money constantly in your game
2) many new player will pay that offers easily instead of buying it monthly.
3) old players that left the gane may come back with this kind of offers
4) casual players are more likely to buy this offers instead of buying monthly 10$ (this is proved)

Mid season crew members need to be available in the universal box for 10 000 season coins.
For example, Figment has been in the game since the beginning and it makes no sense that we haven't been able to complete his collection in almost two years.
Mid-season racers have been suffering from the disadvantage of not being able to have their crew members at 5 stars. This only creates an unbalance compared to full season racers.
If players knew they could get crew members at 5 stars with the universal box, I think they would be more inclined to invest in buying shards for a racer when this mid season racer is released. Otherwise, knowing that the racer will always be at a disadvantage will only make players buy fewer and fewer offers.
I think the mid season crew members should be seen as any other crew member after the season they are released in and be available in the universal box for the same price as the others, 10 000 season coins.
Mid season racer shards can continue to be exclusive to events and racer boosts, but epic, rare and common crew members must have a constant and proper way of being obtained for free.
I really hope you consider this addition to the universal box, because we have been getting exciting characters as mid-season racers, but it's really disappointing because we know they're always going to struggle to compete against other racers with maxed out crew.

It's hard not to notice the glaring imbalance in Disney Speedstorm’s Diamond Pass: only 9 rewards spread across 50 levels. This reward distribution leaves the pass feeling empty and unrewarding. Leveling up should be a satisfying experience, encouraging players to keep going and unlocking content. Instead, most levels feel almost meaningless.
As a result, the pass seems far less appealing, especially when compared to other games that manage to keep a steady flow of incentives and surprises. To justify the investment in the Diamond Pass, it would make more sense to offer meaningful rewards at every level or at least increase the frequency of benefits. After all, players who spend money on the pass expect something that makes each moment in the game worthwhile.

add mid season crew members to the uni box. Them being so expensive and unavailable most of the time creates great unbalance between mid season characters and regular ones. People are less likely to invest in something that will be severely underpowered and that they can barely complete the collection.
I understand you don't want to spoil your mid season earnings but after a certain time it stops making sense keeping them so close to the chest... Whales are going to go all out on the gacha boxes regardless first time you release a character so no harm there, the rest 90% of people though would be likely to care more about them mid seasons if at least they had a competitive chance.
This is something that has been hurting the game since day one.

I wish I hadn't used any tokens on the Snow White box. Now I have a bunch of useless crew members and 9/10 Snow White shards, which are also useless. I spent around 2000 tokens (and plenty of hours getting them) and got nothing I can even use, but I guess it was my mistake for getting my hopes up. A dream is a wish your heart makes, not your wallet, huh? Maybe add a 4th bonus item to every purchase, like 500 upgrade coins or a universal or season box token, so at least we get something while we're getting nothing.

When buying the diamond pass, we have to choose a character to upgrade immediately but there is no way to check the level for each one since we are stuck on this screen until the choice is made. We should have the option to use the upgrade later, or at least see the current level for each racer.

I’d like to express some dissatisfaction with Maui’s return event. Unlike other similar events, such as Maleficent’s and Rapunzel’s, Maui’s event does not include the 10% Cup, and also doesn’t offer the full upgrade bundle to bring the racer to level 50.
These two features make a big difference for players who want to enjoy the return of a mid-season racer competitively, and their absence makes Maui’s event clearly inferior compared to previous ones.
It’s important to keep consistency in these events, especially when they are limited-time opportunities. I hope this can be adjusted during the current event or at least taken into consideration for future returns.

- The shop is broken. It always seems to have a bug or misplaced items, and scrolling through the items has not worked properly on console for a very very very long time. Weather this is intentional or not there has been an over whelming amount of feed back in multiple channels on the disscord to please prioritize fixing the bugs in the game.
- When entering a transaction, before the transaction is complete both the buyer and the seller should know the full extent of the transaction being made. This dose not happen with transactions made in speed storm. The buyer is never told the full extent of the transaction. No refund policy or all sales are final is posted anywhere in the shop. No where is it stated that the only way to aquire a racer is to first spend money, then grind out game play in a limited time frame. No where is it posted that without buying the golden pass that you will be locked out of gameplay. Not just that you cant earn season pass rewards, events throughout the season are unplayable if you do not have the golden pass character. Players are only told its optional to purchase golden or diamond pass and never told the full extent of the option.
- Limiting progression on purchased items such as diamond pass or golden pass is counter productive. When people pay to win, they want to win not be held back. If a person with a busy job knows they do not have time to play every day to grind out all the rewards and wishes to purchase gold or diamond pass to speed up there progression they should not be punished for it. You should not have to play every single day to earn what you payed for.
- This is just one post in a feed back chanel. You are receiving feed back from your comunity in many different ways. Much of the comunity feels unheard and insulted when money is spent on changes not asked for while the issues the mods have to deal with daily are ignored.

Disney speedstorm, the XP is very disappointing, doing all the weekly missions you can only reach tier 34, very inconvenient to have to wait 7 days for other missions to arrive, this delays multiplayer with Baymax, with Hiro I could play multiplayer because I had a solid level to play multiplayer, Baymax is too low level to play multiplayer.

The changes to XP distribution are terrible. If the intention of this was to boost player retention, it will have the opposite effect. People are less likely to play games that do not respect their time. And considering the diamond pass was a paid feature anyway, shouldn't you all have merely been happy that you had a product people wanted to buy? Isn't that the point of the game?
Revert the changes back to how they were. If people choose to finish content in a single day, that should be their prerogative as paying customers. The only plausible benefit to stretching things out is to try to keep ranked lobbies filled, but for a healthy game, that shouldn't even be a concern.

lately I've been disregarding a lot of mid season offers because to be honest I'm gonna stop investing in mid season characters/crew until they make a uni box for them. No use in investing in them since their crews are always at a disadvantage or they ask for a lot of money for their crew members. I'm tired of mid season crew being available only in shop packs chain offers etc. In the past I used to get them all but now I simply no longer care. As long as I can complete every goal in the game it's enough for me. No more investing in mid season stuff for me. Make a uni box for mid season crew then we can talk otherwise it's done for me.
Cancel mid season racers if you want we'll stick with seasonal racers. If I cannot complete the collection I might well disregard them all together...

I don't even buy supercharged stuff anymore because I've started losing interest in this game cuz mid season stuff is so mistreated. And If I cannot fully complete the collection maxed out I might as well stop caring about other stuff being maxed as well. Why don't you give mid season stuff the same treatment you do on supercharged? First you release the sc character for 30$ people who are in a rush go buy it. Then after a month or so you come up with these reasonable 120tks offers. You could do the same thing for mid season. Release the box let the wales splurge to be the first to have the racer maxed out and then at the end of the season you add them to the uni box so that other people can slowly start to complete the mid season collection. You already do this for supercharged stuff! Why not try different approach on mid season as well? You like to try new things I know it so go for it. I am picking this as the most appropriate feedback page as it's an extension of the golden pass. The extra missions from the Diamond pass should be EASY to complete (and they have been in the past). But he was $15. $5 more then dash, Calhoun, oogie, and many other racers who have had max packs.
Why? Because he was buffed? I would've shelled out $10, but $15 made it so you got $0 from me.

Disney speedstorm I'm still having problems with supercharge purchases today it was Elsa, I wanted 60 supercharge shards and I could only buy 40, the same happened with Stitch and Hercules this season, please correct the shop and sell 60 supercharge shards instead of 40, despite showing 3 purchases of 20 shards you can only buy 2 times giving 40 shards and there are 20 left to make the supercharge and there is no way to get more, if it continues like this Goofy and Eve will cause the same problem when they release their supercharge.

Please add the mid-season crew members to the universal box. You probably don't want to add the racer shards, but their crew members are ridiculously hard to get and max-out. It's such an unfair disadvantage compared to all the other collections. It's called the “Universal Box,” so excluding the common, rare, and epic crew from all these collections (Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, 101 Dalmatians, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Mickey and Friends, etc.) makes no sense and only hurts the game. I think people would be much more inclined to invest in mid-season racer shards if their crew members weren't stuck at one star.

another thing you made me give up on with this tales crap is on cosmetics, I used to buy every cosmetic in the game because I'm a completionist but now since the suit reward is only given out to 10 people I no longer care. I will say the only sales that I enjoyed more was the "Lilo and stitch" cosmetics sales (kart pieces, colors and suits) and the sequel but with Toy Story ones.
I feel those kind of sales should come back more often special for Mickey Mouse IP that have like all the available suits locked and unavailable.

You suggested that the changes to the store was to streamline things but I just got called back to the store multiple times for ads I didn't need to see because I have maxed characters and you keep flagging them with exclamation points when again if I buy those items I'm getting season tokens. You're doing the equivalent of the tales event notification but making it even worse bc I could naively spend tokens when I don't need the item because it's in the store all because I didn't level fifty them. This is unacceptable. It was insulting to say tales frustration deserve 200 upgrade coins when my obsessive tendencies hate seeing exclamation points. It's bad enough when my game resets and it tells me all the vault passes are new and I have to waste time fixing it. This is just pure unacceptable when your store is supposed to make things easier (your video) but instead frustrates me more.

I'd like to make a comment about real-money purchases in the game. I'm Brazilian, and here in Brazil, some items are particularly expensive... Too expensive, for example, I I've seen a single character cost 200 reais. And that's a very high price in Brazil. Most of the game pass options for us are over 100 reais.
Not to belittle the game, I understand how expensive it is to maintain, but as a simple person, I understand that it is difficult for most of us to be able to invest such a high amount in game items.
Also taking into account that the minimum wage in Brazil is around 1200 to 2 thousand reais...
So, would it be possible to check this when converting from dollars to reais? For example, the lowest prices are 28 to 30 reais, and the pass costs around 50 reais, and other things that exceed 200 reais.
This isn't to criticize the game's development, but rather to think about players who truly can't afford it. And honestly, I love the game, but I wouldn't pay 200 reais for a pass.
It's an absurdly high amount to invest in an in-game item.

Hello! Please stop the two-part season pass. I'm Brazilian, and it's very expensive to spend over 100 reais on each season. For example, in Alice in Wonderland, you guys didn't even have enough characters to make a season just for that theme. I already have Jasmine because I bought the Aladdin season pass when it was fair, so I don't need any more fragments... it doesn't even make sense.

Why don't you add 3-4 shards of that season parts mid-season (live racer) to the Diamond pass (around Pass Level 47)?
People have been complaining about the mid-season getting out of reach and the Diamond Pass having too little value for some.
I think this would encourage more people to get the pass as it would make unlocking the current mid-season easier. Plus getting from 0 to 10 seems like a huge task, while 3 to 10 seems like completion of an already started task.

The Golden Pass Suit of Mad Hatter is in the shop rather that "Two days Slow" suit.
I think this could be a mistake because normally you can't buy "Golden MVP" suits unless you buy the Golden Pass or Vault Pass and reach level 49 to get them.
Probably the right suit in the shop should be the "Two days Slow Clock" one.

I used 13 season tokens after getting mad hatter to 30 all I got was rare crew every box but 2 of them the other 2 boxes where rare crew with 2 shards for hatter each box giving me a total of 4 shards out of 13 tokens…. To say I’m mad is an understatement! All these rare crew where already maxed from part 1 Alice box so I literally wasted my diamond pass tokens for literally nothing and that upsets me to no end. 4 racer shards in 13 tokens us beyond ridiculous considering we’ve spent real money to obtain season tokens through the diamond pass. I feel robbed.

You had a good thing going with the Alice Star Up Box, by removing her rare crew when she hit 4 stars. With the Mad Hatter, the Rare Crew (which we all have maxed out by now!!) are still there with atrociously high drop rates, resulting in the majority of boxes being just rare crew and the annoying duplicate exchange screen. For the Alice box I actually spent some money on the Season Token Chain Offer, but for the Mad Hatter you are not encouraging spending at all by making his box so terrible. This is not the right play. Duplicates in a paid box are not right and I really hoped the Alice box would be the standard from now on.

Im at a point that putting 15$ for a season pass isnt worth it anymore. Im only missing 2 or 3 racers - when you give us so many crew shards it maxs them out in season 1, quit giving us a million more pieces in season 2. The star up events are rotated between 4 or 5 characters, so their racer shards are maxed. Now the season passes dont even include all new racers - we are paying and playing for racers 90% of us already have max shards for (ex. Randall and jasmine from last season).. season pass also use to be only one level - now its 2 - gold and diamond.. to get anytbing worthwhile u have to have diamond - but because of the +15 levels, im already done with the season pass (lvl 54 atm)..

The new daily season box limit makes no sense. It would be fine, but because Gameloft had not communicated about those plans beforehand, people can't use their season coins in time.
There's lot of people who use their season coins at the end of the season at a time because it's the most effective way. You will avoid getting duplicate shards by doing that. Now there are people with over 5M season coins and the season is ending in less than 10 days. You also can buy only one 90k universal box bundle. In 10 days that's 900k season coins.
What that means is that those people will have 4M season coins which they can't use in time. That just means they have wasted 4M season coins because there was no communication and Gameloft implemented poorly designed guard-rails. Normal people who never exploited anything are getting punished for something they didn't do. There has to be a better way.

In my opinion, the price of the Golden and Diamond Pass should decrease proportionally depending on the week of the current season. For example, during the first week, the price could remain at 100%, and then gradually decrease as the season progresses.
If a player purchases the pass in the final week, they cannot fully benefit from all rewards- such as doubled daily rewards or additional daily missions. Therefore, it would be fair for the price to be reduced accordingly.

Whatever box odds you have changed with the season boxes is really bad. The addition of the star up is fun on paper but has ended up reducing the odds of pulling any racer shards too low. Hatter shards rarely showed up, and I have opened 12 total pooh boxes without a single Pooh shard getting pulled.
This is outrageous. At minimum you should have a safety after 10 boxes like you do for mid season racers so you're at least eventually guaranteed some shards

You know it’s kind of ridiculous how many in game transactions and then to read once before I went into hiatus that the golden pass used in game currency. There needs to be a “fix” but overhaul. People aren’t made of money just because you have some things to offer free doesn’t justify it. People don’t care if there are in game transactions or even an in game currency but there are way too many “currencies” there’s 6 in total and 1 is a hidden one you don’t know about till you hit one spot in the shop. Trying to explain all the in game currencies to people to try and get them into the game is ridiculous. Maybe 🤔 what if here me out combine with Disney Dreamlight and use moonstones as the in-game currency’s the season currency would just go to using moonstones kinda like fortnite there main in-game currency is vbucks and every season that’s what you get more of. You can keep your upgrade and Racer Shards but get rid of tokens, season 2 currencies and the other one that I don’t know the name of the light blue one that gets you the multiplayer boxes. You could make the shop similar to the premium shop in Disney Dreamlight. There currencies are moonstones and if you want more moonstones you can buy more. I realize all your focus is, is money more than the players but what good is it if you’re forcing people into a money box and currency this and currency this that and the only way to get more is by spending money and the free play only gets you a smidge. I know there’s people that will defend that just playing with using the free stuff will still get you stuff you just got to be patient, which fine whatever it’s still ridiculous to put everything you put out behind a pay wall. Your community has the capabilities of growing more if that changes. It’s a fun game and worth playing but not worth constantly wasting money. Like it’s great you have Eeyore now but 20 dollars and even if I wait to try and get him you will still put him behind another pay wall maybe years from now not buying and clicking the free stuff you get him but by then there’s so many others out to have. You gotta make this more accessible to the public. Fortnite is free and a very successful game and the have 1 currency Vbucks! There needs to be a rework of “Star-Up” packs.
The cost needs to change based on the relative value or it needs to go back to be a flat number of shards/upgrade coins.
If I buy Mid season at unlock(level 1, 10 shards) - I would get 30 shards and 7370 upgrade coins(amounts needed to reach level 20)
If I upgrade my racer first (say I had enough shards to reach level 17) - I would get 7 shards and 2080 upgrade coins (amounts needed to reach 20 from 17).
The cost is the same 2,499 premium currency. The original value was 83~84 blue tokens per shard. In the second scenario it is 357 blue tokens per shard.
If adjusted to keep the value consistent, the star up pack would cost 588 blue tokens.
If we look at the impact of this decision, the same spending would put your racer at level 27 at the end of scenario 1 and level 20 at the end of scenario 2. You would need an additional 23 shards in scenario 2 to reach the same level.
In that time scenario one would have the shards to reach level 32.

Seasonal boxes shouldn’t have the odds of getting racer shards so low… the only reason I do the daily/weekly missions is to get season box credits - and in the last 4 boxes I pulled 0 Winnie shards. Most of the crews are already maxed out because of this and I keep pulling them nonetheless. I’m not saying crew members should be removed, but the odds of getting shards for the featured racer should definitely be increased.

I was disappointed to see the Carl mega pack with the yellow cart color disappear from my shop (within a few hours no less). I spent the tokens I purchased from the shop yesterday to obtain Carl from his box. The mega pack offer popped up afterwards but I was a little short on tokens. I used Carl as intended to progress the tales episode 3 event and earned the few tokens I was short to buy the mega pack but discovered it had gone away. I was told by others on Discord that it went away because I achieved mpr 6 and unlocked one of the items in the deal. I would love the odds to get zeroed out when we max out a crew or racer on all boxes. Every day I open a Daily box and I get 3 items I already have enough of, It's rare that I get stuff I don't have, it's even more rare to get 2 I don't have. It's nearly impossible to get 3. I've been playing since the butt end of Toy Story season the first time. So I've gotten enough of everything they offer. Why do you guys not allow the daily boxes and the seasonal boxes stop giving us what we already have enough of. When I go to the odds on a Universal Box I see zero odds of getting the shards I already maxed out or have enough of. I spent 5 season box tokens and only got 4 shards of Eeyore. Meanwhile I got 5 shards of Pigglet twice, which I already had maxed out when I started to open the boxes, and then got a batch of Kanga which I maxed out the 3rd box I opened, but I still got her again for the last two box openings. Fix the odds to help us instead of messing with our joy. I wouldn't even care if I only got 2 shards of Eeyore for each box, 2 is better than none.

There are changes from the features that players hate the most, including myself. So, here is my opinion on these features.
-- Changes to the Star-Up Packs --
Let's get this straight; who's idea was it to change the star-up packs? It's even more expensive than before, like c'mon man, no one even asked for this feature change!
-- Chain Offers --
Probably one of the most stupidest feature since it's more of a cash grab, it's uncommon to cost Tokens, like the chain offers costs tons of money.
-- Diamond Pass --
Again, who asked for this feature? It's more cash grabs and max out racers, I mean yes it's a good feature but jeez, players are better off with a Golden Pass since it's worth it.
-- Max-Out Offers --
Okay, can we ask why it ranges from 5 bucks to a whopping 100 bucks?! like no one is paying that much for 1 maxed racers, doesn't come with any crews either, meaning they have to grind for just crew members. Again; stupid feature and cash grab, I don't think this feature should exist in the first place.
Again, these are just my opinions about these features, I am just not a huge fan of it, it's more of cash-grabs.

As it now stands, there are 8 racers that I can pay tokens for: Meg, Mike Wazowski, Lilo, Kristoff, Donald Duck, Hans, Elizabeth Swann and Mickey Mouse. I've noticed that even after I buy one, a few, or all six packs of tokens for one or more racers and then wait until <t:1764144000:t> for all limits to reset back as if I never bought anything at all. I think it should instead rotate exclusively to racers I don't have Supercharged yet, because seeing those eight racers over and over again gets repetitive, especially when 7 out of those eight racers are already at Lv2 Supercharge (on my account, anyway).

These arent terrible since I got 2 midseasons maxed for $100 but since it’s Black Friday I feel that it shouldn’t be 80% for upgrade coins… WE should be saving money, not spending it. So I recommend decreasing 
odds by twenty to thirty percent and adjust the odds a bit or increase the cost to 2,500 but remove the shards and upgrade coins entirely, but only 1x

Disney speedstorm is a great game . We enjoy the free characters and free rewards but we can't fully enjoy what you give in a game that constantly crashes . I’m sure this has been suggested a lot of times but here it goes: this was the first season since I started playing that I didn’t care to complete the daily and seasonal missions, as the seasonal boxes are mostly only giving duplicates of crew members that are already maxed out. There’s no point in spending time doing those if there is no real reward-I’m missing a lot of Tigger shards, and almost never get them out of seasonal boxes.

I have made a promess to myself to stop spending on this game until mid season stuff was added to the uni box and as of now I've been playing completely for free since dale only collecting every seasonal racer and crew maxing everything out and pretending mid season stuf isn't even in the game. Couldn't feel any better a decision I should have taken much sooner.

I usually don't get max out box pulls because I think the risk of getting upgrade coins are not worth it. Gave it a try today and got a single Fear fragment and like 150 or so upgrade coins, super underwhelming considering it costs 499 tokens. I would advise for either remove the upgrade coins or give a higher quantity, like 1000 or above. I particularly will not risk getting similar boxes anymore, such a waste of tokens 😩

I spent 27000 tokens on the Ennui max out box and got everything in there apart from the max out more than once, even though quite a few of these had a lower probability of coming out. I'm not convinced the max out was even in there but there's no way I can prove that and customer support fobbed me off. Going forwards I think there should be a limited number of items in these boxes so that you can only get 1 of each particular item so that if someone does spend 27000 tokens they definitely should have received the desired item. It's the first and last time I will use the max out boxes and will now refrain from paying for tokens in the future unless this changes

I love the game but I really have this feeling that the current system of shop is not fitting the game.
I know this shop system is inherited from the Asphalt games but I think that if it is relevent in a Asphalt game, it is not for a character based game like Speedstorm.
This idea that you earn everything kind of randomly is good in a game with basic cars like Asphalt cause for casual players, any car unlocked is nice but in a game like speedstorm the characters are all specials and truly unique, so casual players will prefer focus on specific characters rather than getting a bit of everything. I think a system where all characters are available to unlock or purchase at any moment would be better.
For example, I know few people who would love to play the game but don't because getting their fav charater is too complicated and random.

If during season 19, the cars racers won't be in the universal box... With the other recent changes, that is likely to make me stop playing the game. UNLESS it is part of a new rotation to pull characters in and out of the universal box temporarily. If a regular rotation is announced, this could be less overwhelming for new players to reliably unlock certain older characters and crew members. But if it's simply used to hold newer racers out of the universal box for up to 3 seasons, that would seem unnecessarily cruel... Please tread softly with this, Gameloft. The gameplay of Speedstorm is fantastic, I don't want to see it ruined with even more FOMO mechanics...

Honestly, I don't understand your strategy. By keeping the Cars characters out of the Golden Pass, no one is going to buy it anymore. Contrary to what you might think, this won't increase your sales. Veteran players already have Maui or Moana; they don't care about getting characters they already own.
You are designing a Pass for new players, but veterans are the ones who actually keep this game alive. Financially, this is a losing move. If you keep going down this path, you’ll be closing your doors very soon. As for me, I am switching to being a strictly Free-to-Play player, as I no longer see any value in buying the Pass—and most of the community feels the same way

You took the upgrade coins from people in the hard nodes and then tried doubling them in the gold pass. As usual you failed at this. Level 21 on the golden pass is still 1400, not doubled. Not that giving us an additional 14800 matters when you've taken 13000 from the hard nodes, star chasers, and regulated. Also of course free players can get those things but you still only give them 10000 upgrade coins. As if taking the option of unlocking a Cars racer wasn't bad enough, you just take from them period in the hopes of making them spend.

- changing the Gold Pass system yet again last minute and neglecting to mention it in the season overview (confusing a good chunk of people and potential new players in the process)
- releasing an event with pitiful rewards (and then pulling it for the rest of the day because it was broken)
- having to fix a leaderboard since a dev account was in first
- having the servers break for an entire day
All within the span of a couple of days, throwing a $50 price tag on the most anticipated characters on top of all that feels like a big ask at best and an actual insult at worst. After the events that have happened over the past few days why on Earth would I willingly spend $50 in one go for a game that doesn't respect its playerbase? This is a very clear example of making something extremely anti-consumer (changing the Season Pass format to make new characters more expensive) and trying to spin it as a good thing ("being able to get every character at once unlike older seasons" + "having an easier way to get mid-seasons").
Live service games sink or swim by the players and no matter how it's spun this is clearly the tipping point for a lot of long-time players (including myself, who played in the Beta Test) and will drive away new players who see the high prices and run for the hills. The monetization team needs to look at the feedback and course-correct while there is still a playerbase to salvage.

The season racers have become more expensive and rarer than the mid-season racers themselves.

However, it is a "cars" season. The cars characters should have season boxes available for them as well (ideally available to everyone but at least those who unlock them).
Also, why remove the chance at a star up? It was a small percent chance but it was a fun addition.

Clearly the goal is to be comparable to the $19.99 (USD) early access offers for Nick Wilde, Honey Lemon, etc. If the intention is to make it seem less scarce over time, may I recommend the following progression:
Weeks 1-2: $50 bundle
Weeks 3-5: $30 chain offer (10 of each racer, 10 of each epic crew, 5 of each other crew)
Weeks 5-8: $20 chain offer (same as week 3-5 offer contents).
Future seasons: $5 Chain offer - 5 epic crew shards, 5 racer shards, 5 mid-season racer shards > $+5 more bracket: 5 additional shards of those, plus 5 shards of common crew from that collection. > $+10 more bracket: 30 shards for all of the included racers and crew shards, plus 10 shards of a rare crew member. > $+15 more bracket: 30 shards for all racers of that collection.

It turns out the $50 bundle for three cars racers might have been the better deal. $5 for the McQueen box is cheaper, but without the pity system (guaranteed unlock after 10 pulls), someone will end up paying more than $50 for a bunch of crew and no unlock.

Ways to earn vanity coins have dwindled down, and now some of the newest cosmetics (such as the frozen liveries) have been unavailable since their release.
- are vanity coins being discontinued? Will they be replaced with tokens or the season coins?
Based on discord info drops, it sounds like no new content will be added to the universal box next season.
- is the universal box going to end up like the vanity coins cosmetics box that disappears once it's empty?
- since there are events that require opening boxes (and I imagine those events will continue in future seasons), will there be an alternative season coin box option for veteran players who have emptied their universal box?

as I've said people just skip this season and wait for the uni box to have the cars racers and crew they are preying heavily on our impulse to cash grab for cars. No point in buying golden pass since we can't even use the season box tokens on McQueen. Guess now supposedly seasonal racers are now treated like mid season racers. I've tried to come up with an insultfree way to say it and it's hard. The current selection in your shop is broken.
We are supposed to get Season Coins converted at the end of a season to Tokens. When these conversions do happen, you can usually buy overpriced cosmetics and other offers.
In this season 18 you've not only destroyed the shard dispensing from the previous way, you've gone too far on the Shop as well which is now almost exclusively Cash only. This makes the conversions at the end mostly useless.
Things such as Skins should be given through Single Player Tour, Pass, MPR, events and be available for Token sales. Not chance boxes, not chain offers for money where you have to buy duplicates along the way, but simple and clean Token purchases.
The only thing left to buy with Tokens is Upgrade Coins and Boxes which can bring you less than your moneys value in return instead of giving you a thing you want. They don't even remove duplicates from that box which would be an absolute minimum of decency. And offering an Upgrade Coin box where 40% of the results are less than direct purchases is not even remotely acceptable.
I'm not going to lose a lot of words on forgetting to add a pity on a box such as Lightnings.
Whoever is responsible for setting up these offers really needs to try looking at them from the other side. And don't assume every player has 3k free to spend every month. Some people have to occasionally pay rent.

Mabel’s Box was just added in Game and when I opened it,I got 5 Mabel Shards in the First Box.But when I spent my last 500 Tokens on McQueen’s Box a second time,I once again only got Common Crew Members.So I decided to check their Drop Rates and what I saw shocked me.
Mabel,despite being a Mid Season Racer,has Higher Drop Rates than McQueen,who is a Seasonal Racer.So when Mabel’s Tale drops on March 6,I will be able to unlock her once the Tale ends.
So According to this,unlocking Mid Season Racers will be more easier than Seasonal Racers.Its best you Spend your Hard Earned Tokens on Mabel and Go Go Tomago instead of Lighting McQueen,Cruz Ramirez and Tow Mater.

Upgrade coin conversions should be handled the way they were the last time there was a change 2 years ago - converted to the new currency.
Given that the shop offers direct purchases for upgrade coins using tokens at a unit rate far higher than the conversion rate and in quantities that far exceed the conversion cap, how is it right for a player who bought some yesterday (before the announcement and discontinued notices went up) but is unable to use it due to lacking shards before the change takes effect?

This is the 3rd time I’ve opened McQueen’s Box and only got Crew Members,which me and majority of Players already unlocked from some Events.This Box is a absolute scam meant to steal Player’s Hard Earned Tokens.The only New Racer I unlocked this Season is Mabel as I got 5 Shards first box when it was accidentally released and 2 Shards when it was rereleased.This Box should be called Cars Crew Member Box instead of Lightning McQueen Box.It feels like you’re forcing me and other Players to buy the $50 Cars Bundle.I already saw some Players quitting the Game because of this change.

I'm not sure if this counts as TLE feedback, but it affects the Universal Box which is shop themed.
Instead of removing the Universal Box, you should set the max shards limit per racer to 260 on the universal box. It's a simple calculation: If someone levelled until 50 and used all shards, he's going to be stuck at 50. If someone only levelled to 41, he'll have gotten enough shards to reach the new Level 60 from the universal box.
I don't like the idea of not getting anything new, but I also don't get why some people could pull 200 shards for Elsa out and I couldn't. I got some on the side and as such the box dropped way less Elsa shards for me. As someone who put her up to 50 I'll be even more short on shards because they converted to season coins.
And to put it quite simply: Enabling shard pulls again would solve the veterans problem of not being able to participate in box pull events without using tokens for a way lower amount of points.

I just wanted to know how come it says you get 2 out of 14 especially when it shows up free for a limited time instead of 1 out of 14 whereas you only receive 1 item but have to spend for the remainder of the list in the shop area, I'm not complaining about what I receive just saying that it would make more sense to show 1/14 and not 2/14 if the second one is locked behind a paywall such as speed tokens.
Just asking out of curiosity and suggesting this type of fix hopefully to help make the way we get items better.

Please put things back to the way they were in prior seasons. New epic racer should be in the premium track, new rare racer should be in the world tour. I stopped buying passes and tokens when 10 shards could not be easily earned for midseason racers from their own event... But this really is gonna kill any interest I had in playing if I have to wait for a specific grand prix or tale event to get a spattering of shards for each villain... It's just not going to be worth my time anymore.
I have been playing since the Aladdin season (4), and this game has had a great run. But I just can't justify playing next season if it's going to continue to be like this. Please let us easily earn the 10 shards for the unlocks, across the board. You play during the season at some point? You did the missions and world tour? You get the racers. Period. The model should be "play to earn. Pay to unlock faster", not "jump through these specific hoops at this specific time if the sun is setting and it's a Wednesday... Or pay $50 for an unlock pack".

Once April 9th hits, change the currency of the Upgrade Coins Exchange Box 2 (The one with all cosmetics) to Vanity Coins (about 1000 to 1500 per box) and leave it there permanently.
There are so many cosmetics in there that are otherwise impossible to get, never returned since their release or were never released at all. And you should do another check, cause despite the massive pool of cosmetics, there's still a ton of them are not missing from in there.

Instead of improving the universal box you made it infinitely worse. No box should ever drop duplicates with such a large pool of possible rewards. If it should drop duplicates, the duplicates should give you the same amount of currency back that you needed to pull in the first place.

What was wrong with the old Universal Box system? I had unlocked shards for all previous racers minus Flash, and was making good progress on finishing off Epic Crew Members, many of whom only needed 20-40 left to finally be maxed out after over two and a half years of playing this game. And now all of that is impossible now. And now I get duplicates of racers and shards I already own. This new, worse Universal Box system was not announced in advance before season 19's launch, and had I known I never would have bought the season pass. For shame hiding information like this until launch, Gameloft.

Haven't submitted feedback in a long time but the changes to the Universal Box absolutely warrant it.
This game's monetization has always been egregious, but the one silver lining for F2P players was that they could always use their season coins on the Universal Box to slowly (but surely!) unlock racers. I've been playing since Season 4 and I appreciated the Universal Box not having duplicates because it rewarded longevity; F2P players that actively played the game enough could still be rewarded by being able to use season coins on that box without fear of duplicates.
By adding duplicates, the Universal Box is so incredibly full of bloat now, it completely undermines the F2P player experience now. What's worse is that, for those of us that already have most racers/crew unlocked or maxed out, we're just going to get diminishing returns in the form of less season coins back.
If the developers had concerns about players obtaining racers too easily and without bringing in revenue, I truly feel that this is the worst way you could've gone about it.

I know your excuse is "people couldn't open boxes for events if they had it cleared out", but not a single person asked for this to be addressed this way, INCLUDING those that had the universal box maxed.
If you are that desperate to 'help' those people that maxed the box out, then make this box appear AFTER you clear the old universal box Or... OR... since you absolutely fumbled the Tune Coin exchange with this laughable amounts that are given everywhere, replace all maxed out Racers/Crew with Tune Coins, so people can infinitely open that box and still get some value out of it. Who thought that spending season coins to get duplicates for even LESS season coins was an actually good idea...

I was thinking of hopping back into the game after a hiatus. The Universal Box change is a real good reason as to why I won't. Earning coins in game to what I know would be a net positive made completing missions for tracks worth it. Saving that 90k to see what I would get or even unlock. Without that, motivation is drained. What’s wild to me is that after how the cars season was handled and telling us the racers won’t show up in the universal box, you’ve already got a bunch of people rightfully mad at you. Then you do this with the universal box which yall know was a bad idea. Ok the universal box change of duplicates is just painful and makes the game frustrating. Hate the change hoping it's a bug not a change. It felt a joy working with getting coins and using the universal box to help level up now less reasons to play the game 🙁 Combine that i didn't see any cars sstuff this is just a bad overall 🙁 Been playing since the start this might get me stop my spending habit with the game.

Please change how many upgrade coins you get for events and passes. The current amount you get is absolutely laughable. No one is going to watch to start raising characters from scratch with the pathetically low amount you get. Unless you cough up $20 each for the Adventure Passes. Gameloft, I've played your game since season 4, and up until the Cars season I was mostly fine. I wasn't a fan of the split of seasons back in Wreck It Ralph, but between the new Universal Box system, the laughable new upgrade currency, and locking season characters behind events and paywalls like mid-season events, I'm not sure I want to continue supporting your game, Gameloft. You have to make big changes for season 20, or I am out.

Like It's ridiculous to sit there and say "Yes, lets give the players of our game more opportunities to get crew shards they don't need cause they already have the maxed out crew." It was bad enough with the Daily box you guys give us, now we gotta be disappointed by the Universal boxes now as well? It's rude. If it's a bug cause of the new stuff added, then this needs to be fixed and we need compensation.

I am sad to say that i am seriously reevaluating weather on not i want to continue to support this game because i love Disney and the gameplay itself is fun but these new upgrade systems are terrible the amount of tune coins you get per mpr is laughable like 30 coins and it takes 700 just to upgrade 1 point of the third star you don't even get a whole star for that and you only get 30 coins and that is if the reward tier gives the coins and i mean the shop prices like come on Gameloft $27.99 just to have enough to get a reasonable upgrde and on top of that putting every new racer behind a pay wall to me seems a bit ridiculous

Things that the community needs fixed or implemented after the launch of Season 19: Revert Golden/Diamond Season Passes back to their original state or at least start including current season racers like we used to have. Tune up coins are too difficult to obtain without spending real money, you need to increase the amount that players receive at the very least. One of the biggest issues is how long it now takes to level up our racers after this update, this (ideally) should be reverted back, but at the very least levelling up must be made easier. There are too many tune up coins and racer shards that are now required. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. This appears to be the biggest issue for the community alongside the need for changes to the season pass. My last suggestion would be some sort of compensation for players who previously had maxed out racers and now don't. I'll be honest, I am not sure how you should go about this. But it's something to at least consider. Thank you for your time.

I have to say i agree with everything in this message the tune coin amount deffinately needs to be uped and the season passes since Gameloft took the newer racers out of them are not worth it for returning players to even buy because allot of times now we get a pass for racers we already have i actually enjoyed buying the dimond pass when we got a newer racer in them and also the other thing the epic racer capsel at the end of the pass was also fun because it had a chance to give you a racer you may not have had but now the nw way the passes work they unfortunately haven't been worth buying now one solution that Gameloft could do for the racers is give us an event like the racer boost where we can pick a racer and it could be a weekly event or what have you where you pick a racer you don't have from a select roster that would rotate every week it would give people a way to grind for racers they don't have

I just noticed today that on PC (Epic specifically, but maybe it's also the same for other PC platforms) there seemed to be a lot less shop options than there were on mobile. I saw the pop up for Figment's Supercharge deal and the Syndrome / Shan Yu deal but when I go into the shop on PC, those menus are missing. On my phone however everything is accounted for.

This new racer upgrade system has made me even less likely to pay money to unlock racers. Why? Well, last week you could spend £7.99 and get 10 shards and 500 Upgrade Tokens for a Cars racer, Go Go Tomago or Mabel. That would have allowed you to get that racer to Lv. 10 (1 ⭐️). Now? The same deal is back, but this time it’s 500 Tune Coins. Given how rare Tune Coins are, and the new levying system, you’ll be stuck at 2/5th of 1 ⭐️ (at most).
This update has rendered racers useless. You need almost 30 shards just to get a 1 ⭐️ racer now! That’s 3x as many as before - and that’s before mentioning you need 2,800 Tune Coins.

I have a simple request to avoid false advertisement: Rename the "Universal Box" into "Duplicate Crew Season Coin Exchange Box" since it barely features racer shards, only has higher numbers on Crew Shards, uses only about one third of the collection and 1 drop costs the same as 3 drops cost earlier.
You could also return a Universal Box in the way it was before and rename the current box to a rotating "Mid-Season containing duplicates box" as a second box on the side.

You may be wondering why as the Box is giving 100 Shards for Some Old and New Seasonal and Mid Season Racers and everyone has the Same Drop Rate.Thats because it cannot be opened with Tokens and can only be opened with this New Currency called Deluxe Box Credit which is $15 for 1 Credit and $30 for 3 Credits(Converted to US Dollars from Indian Rupees as I am from India).
Also if you’re planning to spend $15 or $30 for the Credits to unlock Lightning McQueen,then good luck as he only has a 1% Drop Rate.

In case you don't want to believe your precious Universal Boxes could possibly give duplicates. Here is my evidence of what we mean. I spent 90k season coins and got 4/10 stuff I needed, and the 6 others I did NOT need equals 10k I got back. That still doesn't give me back a majority of what I just spent. I should've gotten back, at the very least, 40k season tokens. I spent 90k to get 6 duplicates that I DID NOT need and I only got back 10k. If you guys are gonna mess with our fun at least be practical about how to mess with us. The Universal box wasn't messed up, it didn't need to be like the daily boxes. The daily boxes only gives us 3 items and a majority of the time it gives us 3 duplicate items we have.

This game is getting really hard to defend... I used to be able to try to get people to play the game. There were clear paths to unlock characters and earn rewards, unlock all previous season racers for free, etc. Now, it seems you guys give out a spattering of shards for a racer (around 3-4) in an event, then you want us to spent $4.99 on 5 shards, or $9.99 on various 1 or 2-packs of 10-shard bundles. And once you buy the racer, you can buy star up boxes from there, not earn shards for them (except a very small amount of shards for ranked).
I'm just gonna say it. You made this game nothing but a pay to win rat race. Now, the only way to get what you want is to buy shards. And upgrading them? Buy more shards. Getting friends into the game that really like Alice in Wonderland, or Aladdin?... Buy a vault pass or good luck. Wait months for a good event for the racer you want. That's a really hard sell, GL. What's the elevator pitch for your game now? "Come race as Mickey mouse and one day maybe buy or unlock other racers"?? I just don't get the business model here. You're going to shed more players than you bring in. It's not sustainable.

With universal boxes gone the shop is basically pointless. All the offers will end up giving you tons of duplicates so the value of offers goes drastically down. On top of that because we used to get good value universal boxes it feels way too unfair. Getting barely anything usefull with season coins is nearly impossible. Probably around 90% of the season coins is just lost because of duplicates. That should not be the case. If you buy something from the shop you should get something.

Ortensia's box again, there are dozens of old mid-season characters whose crews and shards are never available. Why haven't Kermit, Piggy, or even Oswald or Wall-E been added? The Muppets collection crew is impossible to obtain.

Mother Gothel’s Box and Tale are officially here but I recommend you don’t open her Box.Her Drop Rates are similar to Lightning McQueen but only slightly more.But McQueen had a 5 to 10 Shards Drop Rate.Here however,you only have 14.2% Chance for just 2 Mother Gothel Shards and 8% Chance for 2 Stabbington Brothers Shards.The Maximum Shard Drop Rate is completely ridiculous.0.18% Chance for 10 Mother Gothel Shards and 0.1000%(Or 0.10% I don’t know) for 6 Stabbington Brothers Shards.Seeing how several Players only got Common and Rare Crew Members in Lightning McQueen’s Box,I’m sure many Players won’t open her Box(Although some already did and unlocked her with One Player already having her at 2 Stars or more and playing with her in Ranked today).
Thankfully I’ll be able to unlock Mother Gothel(Not her Epic Crew though) through Chapter 6 of Season Tour and Mother Gothel’s Tale(Through Day 3 and Milestones).I’m mostly going to open the Box for the New Crew Members.However I’m really worried about Yokai because there’s no way to get his Shards for free and if this is how Mother Gothel’s Drop Rates are,it is going to be pretty difficult or practically impossible to unlock Yokai.

It's a tragicomedy. Actually, you could easily write about everything that's wrong with Speedstorm right here, and it would all be spot on XD. The whole game feels like an art gallery that I hope will either change or fall into disuse.
- Not only has the Golden Pass been available for purchase only with cash for quite some time, but it has also been split into two parts. Supposedly, this is to allow more time to create boards, but in reality, it’s just a way to make money twice in a single season
- On the other hand, removing the option to unlock characters in the Golden Pass is just going way too far. It’s all just a ploy to get people to buy more boxes or the entire Cars character pack at a sick price.
- Universal boxes used to make sense, but now they're just a way to spend more basic currency on exchanges.
- The Racer Boost has been completely overhauled. Character availability has been restricted so we’ll buy more gacha boxes. Otherwise, we might get a single shard of our favorite character every few days instead of paying for it. Unacceptable, according to GREEDl.
- To get more people to buy Blue Currency, reduce the amount of Blue Currency earned, for example, through multiplayer gameplay. When you compare the first characters from the burrow, you can see how “minor” changes were introduced, solely to prevent us from earning too much of it through grinding. In other words, another “incentive” to buy it with real money.
- In private and local races, the option to play as all characters has been removed to create more FOMO and encourage players to unlock (via in-game purchases, loot boxes, etc.) those characters.
- 6 stars— it looks like they were invented just so more people would buy pointless season passes, so more people would buy Tune Coins themselves... And finally, so people would spend more on old characters, because now you need more shards that we’d already had many times over, but were traded for small change. It's disgusting.

Consolidate Pass & Special Box Currencies
Season Pass Credits and Special Box Credits should be merged into a single, permanent currency. This unified coin would let players choose how to spend it—whether pulling from a Special Box, or purchasing/upgrading the Golden Pass or Adventure Pass. Additionally, players should have the option to purchase these unified special credits using premium Tokens or standard Season Coins. Expanding this utility instantly increases value and player agency. -
Clean Up New Racer Boxes & Add Duplicate Protection
When a new racer joins an existing collection, their specific boxes should only contain that racer, their Epic crew, and the new crew added with them—not older crew members. Drawing maxed-out older crew completely devalues the box. Additionally, there needs to be more offers that include 0 duplicates, if not permanent duplicate-protected boxes. With the massive hit to the universal box, system values have tanked without duplicate protection. As an idea, these protected offers could unlock based on collection level, making that relevant again. -
Address Diminishing Returns
The current shop discourages spending due to diluted drop rates. Investing in a new character offers almost zero competitive return unless a player spends $100+.
The Solution: Introduce high-value, "one-time claim" offers at a better rate for casual spenders. Once claimed, repeat purchases can scale back to standard rates.
- Align Season Events and Track Diversity
Season events must focus on season-specific racers to keep themes exciting. Currently, seasons feel hollow because events gear toward everyone except the new characters. Furthermore, the high monetization wall makes the track toxic. Instead of seeing new racers everywhere from day one, anyone driving them is targeted as "part of the pay-to-win problem." Returning focus to seasonal rewards would bring back launch-week excitement.

Since it is pretty much apparent that the Universal Box will not revert to the no duplicate version, I suggest a compromise. How about having the odds of getting a racer or crew shard go down by 1% if they are maxed out already. The other odds can then be adjusted accordingly. While I agree that the Universal Box is better without duplicates, this % deduction idea is still better than the current version. If you’re feeling really generous, cut the odds of duplicates in half. Would be a nice gesture for your longtime players.

The £79.99 Season Pass deal is arguably great value as it’s worth £140 + 20,000 Tune Coins cost 20,000 Tokens which would cost £120, so you’re getting £260 worth for £80. However, now that we have to pay £50 for the season racers it’s not a good incentive to pay even the £80…

The offers for characters with their golden crew is misleading.
For ex: 10 shards of x with 20 shards of golden crew.
10 shards of a character doesn't even get you to 1 star. You can't attach crew until you get a crew slot. Yes, you have the crew member unlocked, but you can't use them at 0 stars.
There should be a disclaimer so new players know before they spend that they'll need to reach x milestones before they can use the crew member.
