I told them the other day they had to submit a ticket as this is a well known bug in the game, levina is on the floor after riggans attack, you have to talk to her wile the quest mark is over her head so in the speech ball you click the "teleport to igena" if you don't do it she disappears in 2 to 3 minutes after the event, and you are left stranded. no way to reissue the mission what so ever. So its up to a mod to just forward the player to the next mission. happen to me. I didn't took a weak to get resolved though, it was resolved the same day. In any case the suggestion SHOULD be to remove this anything show stopper bug. either by prompt the quest right after the CGI movie, or put another NPC there to forward you to ignea, like a pori or something. hell even a message like "you slow to check on Levina aren't you? just go back home!"
