Hello everyone, and thanks in advance for the help!
I know I’m definitely underperforming, but I can’t figure out why.
Could someone please help me understand what I’m doing wrong and how I can improve?

You only had 3 casts of eons on a 6 minute encounter.

You should have 2 eons in p1, 1 eons on the platform, 1 eons during the amp and whatever else comes after if you havent kiilled the boss

You're not using hover enough on Soul Hunters. That fight lets you have near 100% uptime on it due to how short the cooldown on Eons is, and that's basically infinite time of casting while moving.

And while it's minor i highly recommend upranking fire breath whenever you have the chance since missing the essence burst generation from it can backfire.

You sent the Salhadaar log with Augmented Damage turned on, and i highly recommend ignoring that setting

Going a bit more in-depth with your buff targetting on Salhadaar too:
Prescience is mainly used to pick who gets targetted by Ebon Might, which is your important buff that does the bulk of your damage.
Devastation is a great spec to buff early on in the fight and for the start of their Dragonrage, but after that, they're basically "okay". They're not the target you want to have during Salhadaar's p3.
Beast Mastery Hunter is AWFUL on pull and only starts to spike every minute after their first cd usage. Outside of their 60s cd, they're not doing any damage. They're also known for WRECKING the intermission dragon.
Elemental Shaman is great on pull and holds it's own pretty weel, but you only buffed them at times when they wouldn't use their cooldown.
Same goes for the Boomie: No convoke, no damage. Ignore it outside of their 2 min cd.

Yeah, on Salhadaar I was never able to use my second Breath of Eons in P1 because of the beams — I still need to figure out how to handle that without dying.
So in theory I definitely missed that, and maybe also the last proper post-damage amp window?

Regarding the buff targets: do you recommend augmenting the Devastation + Boomkin + Elemental at the start and then swapping to the Hunters only during their 1-minute cooldowns? Based on the logs, who else would you suggest I buff?

Looking at the overall picture, are these really the only reasons my parse is that low? Damn, even grey… I honestly don’t understand why.

For Soul Hunters, is the issue really just the Hover uptime? It still feels like I’m way too low for it to be only a movement-casting problem…

If possible, could you also tell me something about the other fights? The only one where I did well was Fractillus — but that’s basically a target dummy anyway, haha.

1. The beams follow a straight line. It's not threatening at all to use Eons there.
2. Use a tool like wowanalyzer or aug3000. I dont know how the players in your roster perform to give a better opinion on it, that should be your log diving.
3. Don't underestimate the ability to cast while moving. I have a log with a similar kill timer where i have almost 6 more casts per minute than you even though i have around 10k less haste overall than you.

6 casts might not seem like a lot but it adds up, that's ~30 more spells.

Also i'm not sure if you were worried about dying but your Eons timings on soul hunters were also lower than they should. Comparing a recent log i had 6 Eons on that fight while you had 4, even though you seem to be spreading bombardments around just fine.

And do you think that “just” those 30 missing spells in a fight can really cause a parse that low?
Same for Eons — can missing 1–2 Eons alone cause such a low parse?

Also, could you tell me anything about the other fights (except Fractillus)?

Also, if logs are private and I can't join the guild on wlogs atm, how can I upload logs on augmentator3000?

Ask your guild to atleast set them to unlisted cuz its the same thing but doesnt brick other log reading websites.
