How come you're playing scalecommander and not flameshaper? I'd suggest going onto wowhead or archon to find the recommended builds

Well that seems like an easy fix, you're not casting on cd.
scalecommander is an uptime bot and you can't have gaps where you have spells sitting ready for 30% of a fight, specially not deep breath

Scalecommander has been a decent pick for quite a while after it was buffed.
You're also clipping mass disintegrate a lot which is either a misunderstanding of how it works or poor hover management
You can only chain mass disintegrate into another mass disintegrate, else you let it channel to the end bbecause channeling mass into normal disintegrate loses the empowered ticks.

i see, so i should let them go all the way? when im on dragonrage i go throgh them as fast as i can to reduce the cooldowns of stars and breath

...the cooldown reduction of both spells is based on disintegrate doing damage, so canceling it or recasting too early makes you lose ticks of damage which means you're not getting more cdr.
dragonrage also shouldn't be altering your gameplay.

so, i'm very new to wow. i literally started playing when dracthyr came out, for dragonflight i just played casually like the story mainly. I started doing dungeons on the first season of the war within and i started raiding just this third season. this is my last log but i'm very very lost on how to play properly, if you could explain how to improve i would apreciated it. Also i don't know any of the technicall words so if you could introduce me to them i would be thankfull
