FS Dev struggling in raid

I've been struggling with flameshaper dev the last month or so. My preformance on Araz gets worse and worse each week. I know looking over my logs would be a lot of work but I've read so many guides and checked over logs and lorrgs, I know a big part is executing the knowlege but even when I focus hard I still fall behind. seems your engulf either isn't getting fully buffed every time or you're not hitting it on all the available targets. you're also casting disintegrate considerably less, and missing some pyres as well

your essence bomb also did about half as much

Super appreciate it. I do feel like my spells whiff sometimes on the group up but I'm trying I just can't seem to execute the timings
edit: it does look like I'm just getting overwhelmed and missing casts. And I see what you mean with the engulfs we have the same spikes but yours are just way spikier

also make extra sure that whenever you're using engulf you're using it with a r4 fire breath

i see a few times you missed that, you're missing a bunch of dam because of scorching embers

I feel like I try but I must panic and just send it. I'm going to try to wow recorder myself and watch back so I can analyze easier too.

Parses are better this week so far. It is definitely a focus thing too. Thank you so much for helping!
Edit: In before a really bad soul hunter parse but I think that fight is another beast.
