Hi Fathendur! Here is my two cents. I am not the best pres but am 8/8M (Mizry-us-akama)
-At the core of flameshaper and looking at your first stasis, I can tell you did some research as you prepared fine. You had CoY buff from VE and 4 stacks on TC. stored DB>Engulf(yourself)>Engulf(yourself). Typically if you echo yourself before the stasis cast you can guarantee DB is on you (until next season changes).
Most of what can be improved is in between your stasis, the echo ramps and/or lifebind usage. This applies a lot to chrono as well.
-Emerald Communion was not cast on this log, and is a powerful heal through lifebind.
-A few instances where you used VE into Spiritbloom, lifebind fell off before the spiritbloom cast ended, or was cast on another player so did not benefit from lifebind.
-Most of your echos were consumed by VE, which is normal for chrono, but less so for flameshaper.
-This might only apply until the next tier, but try to focus on casting reversion to fill in between your stasis/engulfs as it was only cast 4 times this log. On sikran specifically, if you cast echo on all 4 targets of phase blade, along with the tanks, you can prepare the hit with a simple reversion when the damage goes out to heal all of the players over time and instantly with golden hour. None else should be taking damage here so you can then prepare blanketing the raid with echos for the rain of arrows or phase lunge.
-Remember you can dispell your teammates bleed with cauterizing flame
-Most of your VE were cast on other players. This habit can be dangerous on some later bosses as the movement is unpredictable. I would recommend getting the habit of using VE on yourself as a means to apply lifebind (and insurance! next tier).
