Hello. o/
You provided great resources for analysis. I couldn't leave you without comment after so much effort. I noticed a few things in your recordings.

  1. Before the pull, before you pre-cast Living Flame, you should hover twice. Hover durations stacks, so you will have it running at the beginning of the fight and Deep Breath will reset cooldown of both stacks.

  2. Then during the fight when you want to move, you are waiting for your Disintegrate to end channelling, press instant LF/Azure Strike during move and cast again. If you know you will have to move (like for the Rain of Arrows during Sikram), you should press instant+hover and start casting and moving again. You can cast hover inside the GCD of the instant cast and it will not extend the GCD. I always try to have Hover for my Mass Disintegrate casts, as it is massive loss of DPS if you have to cancel it early. Hover management is very important skill for devastation. And lastly you can cast Hover without pressing any movement key. It will lift you up and you can then start casting and moving without jumping away from target.

  3. During DR, you can early chain disintegrates even more aggressively - always after the second tick, even in chained cast - before the red box in this example #1198470073153765416 message. You will lose the last tick, but overall it is a DPS gain. You will also manage to cast more essence abilities for extending your Bombardments.

  4. You sometimes let FB, ES and SS sit without cooldown for few GCDs. You should always try to cast them the second they are available, even when it means to cast ES before SS. Try to have at most 1 essence burst before casting ES or SS so you won't cap.

  5. I don't know if you have cancel macro for DB, but I find it handy to cancel DB earlier that with pressing DB again during the flight. Less flight time = more DPS time. You just have to take care and don't spam it, or it will cancel you DB before it hits the target.

As for your last report from HC Ulgrax and Bloodbound Horror, you want AOE talents to properly pad on adds. 😄 Compare your dmg to adds with other people in raid and you will see why they parse so high. You can check top logs for the builds for parsing. They can be different to usually recommended, as the recommended ones could be meant for progress.
Also PI would be nice, but we are far to low in the pecking order for it.

You might've already known these things, but I hope it helps. I would definitely focus on improving the hover uptime and think about when you will have to move and prepare for it. Keep pumping!
