#New to Dev Evoker - Need DPS TIPS

Just swapped to Dev Evoker 3 weeks ago from WW monk and I'm trying to get better at the class in Raid.
I've noticed that my Disintegrate is doing 15-20k less DPS than other evokers with the same amount of casts.
After looking at Logs and Wow Anylyzer, I didn't see that many mistakes being made besides Disintegrate efficiency outside of dragonrage and a small overlap of Obsidian Shard Dots. As well as a missed Eternity Surge due to mechanics. It says I have 83% Disintegrate efficiency outside of Dragonrage, but i'm only 3-5 casts off on it when comparing to other players. Their Disintegrate on average is just hitting way more.
Those things still don't explain the 20k dps Gap in my Disintegrate Damage and only show up as 1-2k dps when I do Log Compare.

You can pretty much send empowers back to back off CD.

You can chain distigrates you dont have to fully cast them. (There is some room for preference)

You ALWAYS want to clip for empowers and SS.

BO procs you can clip for, but I really try to pin whether or not FB is almost up

if it is I tend to hold my lone BO unless I get another one

If I get 2 then I will spend one and hold the other for FB

You can really chain your disints, I feel like you are popping stuff before the final tick that is a dps loss

Ok, I was looking at the stuff. The only thing I can think of as to why my Dis is not doing as much is because I go SS into Dis into ET, instead of SS, ET, Dis?

Late into your Drage you dont clip FB and ES when they are off CD so youll need to do that

towards the last like 3 seconds use BO and Azure to get your free EB procs
