I have a question, would anyone be able to take a look at this raid log, and tell me where I am messing up? I think I have the rotation almost perfected (mechanics will mess it up of course), but I can't seem to get above a 45 parse for my ilvl. I know I am messing up with hard casting Living Flame during Dragonrage here and there, I am trying to correct that

Using tts on the wrong spell and sending spoils with dragon rage are both suboptimal
You want to use tts on your second firebreath inside of dr

you cast living flame alot when you have disint and essence or shattering star etc available not just during dr but outside of it to.

Spoils is good for opener, you are just using it a little too early, look at the pinned opener in the devastation channel

Correct you just want to generate as much essence with it as possible

from the log provided you have about 50-60% efficiency with ss
which means you're generating half the potential essence compared to if you had for example 100%, you want to aim for at least 80.

ok, that's a good thing to focus on. So any time I don't have burnout, SS is off CD, and I do not have 2 EB, thats when I use SS to generate and use as much essence as possible because Disintigrate will always do more damage in the long run

when you would otherwise hardcast living flame, cast ss
so say you come out dr, you have no empowers, no burnout and not enough essence to cast Disint

this will give you essence burst to continue the disint chaining,
