Hello. I had a quick glance at Rashok and I noticed you don't have a proper opener and you did not extend your second and third DR.
For the opening you can always check pinned post in devastation channel - #devastation message
It is always up to date.
You have to try to focus more on hitting your second FB and ES in Dragonrage during the fight. You can delay both empowers if DR is getting off cooldown in few seconds. Or delay DR so you get both empowers in the first part of DR. That takes practice and sometimes it is hard because you have to do mechanics.
You also don't have even 2p tier yet and that is enormous boost to all DPS. Try to get it, even tier pieces from LFR are big boost.

I read somewhere that I have to delay my empowers cuz of the 7sec 4p buff is that true? If so does that apply during DR?
And what does clipping mean when it comes to empowers?
