Okay, boring stuff over, log parsed, the main thing I pick up from the nelth log is that you are largely using the right abilities but not using **Dragonrage **properly, to extend it with Empower spells and make use of the Animosity talent.
You did use the time you had well to get plenty of Pyres off which was good, and 2m in you had a good one, but your average uptime was 25s which is okay for learning, but a little low, and when I filter out the casts there are some times where you cast one Empower but not the other for some reason (I didn't drill down too far but I suspect you weren't waiting for them to come back before popping the Drage). Try to have them both ready to go, or at least within 15s of coming off cooldown to guarantee the extension window. 14+6+6=26s and with the essence spending that should pretty easily be able to get them both under that, to extend Drage another time to ~38s. Practice doing that on a dummy.

You can apply it yourself to future logs by pressing the Events view and then the Casts tab and entering the following "filterexpression" above the graph:

Anyway yeah, hope that helps overall. TLDR:
- get an automatic combat log addon, it's much easier
- make sure you're saving empower spells before Dragonrage to extend Drage more, try to aim for 35s+ (two sets of both empowers cast, or 4 extends total)
