For DB/SB should I only do it after a temporal anomaly so that it echoes. I assume for DB unless I need to lifebind the raid to do a bunch of raid wide healing I VE myself temp anomaly throw out echoes and then level 1 DB? And spirit blossom I just always use at a 3 empower right?
Typically you don’t want DB/SB to eat your echos. You usually want to convert echos into reversions for golden hour/grace period across the raid. So you cast empowered abilities before TA most times or you would just use reversion before pressing empowered, so it doesn’t eat the echos.
For a lifebind ramp you would want to send 16-20echos on the raid via 2 TA casts + manual echos (with or without the help of stasis) and then VE->emerald communion.
Really I don’t want to echo my DB at all? Ok that’s very different to what I though. Thank you so much for the feedback. Is going into heroic raid to practice this stuff worth it? I’m worried it’ll be hard to notice a difference since the requirements for healing heroic are so much lower.
You can echo dream breath with the ysera buff if you already have reversions blanketed across the raid it’s also very strong. But you don’t want to do it if you have no reversions out already. And yes absolutely practice in heroic. rather than looking at the numbers check your casts and put those logs in the wowanalzyer if you can.
Ideally you want 2 casts of empowered per minute for each individual spell (a little less is fine). Reversions casts will different depending on your haste but just try to not have it sit at 2 charges ever
So like 5 minute fight you would want 10 DB/SB casts give or take
So to not sit at 2 charges pretty much ever I’d never get 2 TA’s and then reversion right? Since reversion is like half the CD of TA. does that mean I just accept that some people aren’t going to get reversion? Like I just throw the ta then my echoes and reversion and whoever doesn’t get it is another healers problem?
Not really sure I understand what your asking entirely but if you are ramping your echos across the raid and you want to do something like TA->echo->echo->echo->TA (when off cd) you can hold off on casting reversions. But that’s only because you wouldn’t want to consume those echos with reversion if you are saving them for lifebind for instance
So TA gives 6 echoes, assuming I have 2 essence burst profs that’s 5 echoes (I don’t have 6 essence idk if im supposed to) so that’s 11 people that will have some form of an echo on them right? Then I can use the reversion on someone that isn’t echo’s so 12 people get a reversion. What do I do about the other 8? Cause my next TA I can’t tell it to prioritize them with echoes. Do I just have to use personal echoes when I get them? Is this just a thing that kind of solves itself over the duration of the pull since reversion extends its duration with crits?
Sorry, I often have confusing / too in-depth questions. I blame my autism.
You just try to apply reversions on who you can there is no need to have 20 up at all time nor is that attainable. But ideally you don’t want to cast reversion on someone who already has it unless it’s about to expire
So the problem I'm running into now is crazy mana problems.

Depending on when people look at this, I'm live logging while I practice. I'm having big mana problems. Kurog I ran out of mana and just had to sit there and do nothing. On dathea I had to pause before my last time going up so I could just sit there and get mana back.
I know that I have to press spiritbloom more, but I just don't know when to do that.
You should swap to chilling clarity potions. You are also missing 1 full use of pots. You should try to use 2 pots in fights 6 minutes or higher.
You are also missing a cast of emerald communion, you should have 3 in an 8 minute fight.
That’s another 30k mana you are missing out on on top of what chilling clarity gives you.
