i enabled questing but still no quests

You should provide info. What is this? 5.4? 4.0? Something else? Questing enabled when? Before you joined, after you created the character, while Grasscutter was already running, or something else?

5.4, questing enabled after join, did restart and create another account

It being 5.4 is going to be the biggest problem with things not working
