Player disconnecting and reconnecting / timeout

So I'm having issues with MongoDB connecting and disconnecting after having logged in and went through the login screen doors thing. FYI the first 6 digits of the ip stay constant(i think that's just some kind of check) and the others start going back and forth between the same 10 or 11 numbers. Can anyone help me out?

also after it stays on the white loading screen it tells me that the connection has been timed out and i should log in again
