Hi I have an problem with the game i now have a white screen when i turn off my vpn but when i had the vpn it said could not connect to server. Now with it off there is some issues i see in the grasscutter window i did not see before here are the screenshots i do not know if this is enough information or not. The version is KeiLuna 5.3 and game version 5.3 after opening the door at the start screen it gets the white screen.

If you are getting a white screen, then your Grasscutter version and game version do not match. They must be the same for you to be able to play. Please update Grasscutter.

I also forgot to mention this is after opening the door at the start screen of the game.

VPN is unrelated here, you can see the error causing the white screen in your Grasscutter console: getCurrentAvatar is null.
Null pointers like this are a softlock on the account, you must resolve it in the database or make a new account.

You can do so by just using a new username to login
