The server isn't busy, you just don't have a valid setup or your server isn't even running.

look i just found a video from Madaleine Sakurai and i tried to do everything exacly the same so i realy dont know where i messed up

Well I did just tell you what the problem was already, but I can say it again for you. You don't have a server to play on, you cannot play.

You must connect to a server in order to play the game. Grasscutter is server software for Genshin. You can run a Grasscutter server or find one that someone else is running and play.

also as indicated here, I would suggest you follow the actual setup guide if you have no idea what you are doing

The steps will lead you to get 4.0. If you want to play on 5.0, you can follow the same steps but get the 5.0 game and 5.0 AIO.
If you want to play on 5.2, then use the 5.2 build in #resources and set the jar in Cultivation settings instead of downloading an AIO.

Whatever you choose to do, you MUST have a server to play on. I know the tutorial you said you followed already goes over that, you probably skipped it.

So I managed to get passed that point now the game says that my version of the server is 5.2.0 and the version of the game is 4.0.0 can you sent me a link for the files I need to fix this please?

So you downloaded the 4.0 game? Then as the setup guide says, and I said as well, you need to download the AIO in the downloads menu.

You will of course need to close your current Grasscutter before doing so, it cannot overwrite it while you have it running

sorry i didnt had time yesterday to fix the problem also i discribed something wrong on my last send the game shows a error that the server version is 4.0.0 and the client version is 5.2.0 is it the same thing ?

You need to use a 5.2 server with a 5.2 game.
