I recently followed Instructions via the github, with some deviations which i'll mention, i dont see why it would effect it, but it could?

Issue is no Intro Cutscene, No Story Quest, No Quests at all.

What installed differently is as follows

Java SDK 23. instead of version 17. "jdk-23_windows-x64_bin"
Latest MongoDB with this "mongodb-windows-x86_64-8.0.4-signed"

Inside of Cultivation 1.5.1 the following settings i applied are

Set Game Path
E:\Grasscutter\Genshin 5.0.0\GenshinImpact.exe
Set Custom Java Path - C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-23\bin\java.exe
Set Grasscutter Jar - C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\cultivation\grasscutter\grasscutter.jar

Set 3DMigito - C:\Users\James\AppData\Roaming\cultivation\3DMigoto Loader.exe

Attached Image is whats Checkmarked

all i get when looking in quest tab is this, and nothing was spit out when i made character

Normal, normal, and normal.

Your setup has nothing to do with this. This is because you are on 5.0 and nothing more.

The script loader errors are all entirely normal. Those files don't exist, so they cannot be found, it is expected.

You can start quests if you want to, either through the quest command or by enabling questing in your Grasscutter config.json, which is in your Grasscutter folder. %appdata%\cultivation\grasscutter

Do note that quests will be broken and buggy, especially beyond Mondstadt, so get very familiar with using commands.

What about the gacha/summoning and other things? will there be story cutscenes if questing is turned on?

cutscenes are literally just quests

#

if you turn on quests, you will have quests - that includes the quests which are cutscenes

As for anything else, you have chosen the most recent version so you have to deal with most recent version issues. Summoning may or may not work, give it a try. Most things will be broken.

Switch game in settings, yes. Redownload every time? Just have two different folders.

You would simply select the appropriate jar and game in settings, no redownloading required. You download one time for each version and that's it.

currently the jar is AppData\Roaming\cultivation\grasscutter\grasscutter.jar

Copy your current folder somewhere else and then download from the menu for the other version.

Or just download one manually and extract it somewhere else.

oneclick has patch already with proxy built in to it to go to yuuki, you just replace mhypbase.dll with normal patch (ie. version.dll from cultivation) and delete mhypbase.ini to make it vanilla
