You are clearly confused in many different ways
Melon for 4.0 comes with the freecam mod (not hack, not plugin). That is for use with 4.0, as it says in the name.
While you're welcome to try and use it with 4.7, it's extremely likely (near guaranteed) that it will not work.
Since freecam isn't a plugin, it's of course not in the plugins folder. It is in the mods folder, with the rest of the mods that come with 4.0 melon

Then you'll have to get 4.0 game, or use find something else that has freecam for 4.7 - such as a cheat like minty which may have it built in. Akebi surely does but that costs on a subscription model.

What you screenshotted is simply Yuuki's website, which is going to provide you with the official game links to download the official game of version 4.0
There is no Yuuki client, there is nothing at all there that is specific to Yuuki. It's the exact same game client already linked in the setup guide here, in #1025543438604710018
If you want to use Yuuki's site to access the game download links, feel free. It really does not matter where you get the game client from because it is the same thing no matter where it comes from.
Cultivation is a launcher. Choosing what server you want to connect to is one of the whole points of it.
So when you set the 4.0 game in Cultivation, then you can play on 4.0 servers.

Ok let me explain again since you clearly have some severe misunderstandings
Cultivation is a launcher, it proxies game traffic and launches the game. It connects to any server.
Grasscutter is local server software. You have it checked to auto start it... but do you even have it in the first place?
Yuuki is a public server running Grasscutter. You absolutely can connect to it through Cultivation.

If you want to play on a local server then you need to go follow the full setup guide.
If you want to play on Yuuki then you simply change your address to Yuuki's address ps.yuuki.me and check https.

You don't have a valid account, or the account you are using has issues (like one that you spammed the confirm button on). As I already described for you before, you must go make a new account and not spam the button. Your working account will then work normally whether you use melon or not.
