When I try to launch Honkai Star rail it says that there was a Server distribution Error and tells me to restart the game but that doesn't help either. Also when I am on Cultivation and I check the boxes in the Settings it just clears it all again the next time I enter the settings.

As for your Cultivation settings, you have a corrupted config most likely. First ensure you're on latest (1.4.0) then delete configuration.json in %appdata%\cultivation and start it again
Your console is telling you that 443 is already bound though, you likely have more than one instance of the server running. Make sure to only run one at a time.
Also just another little thing, but your game is 2.1 while current lunarcore is for 2.2. They need to match. Anyways, again, if you want more help with that you should go to the LunarCore discord.
