also i can access the "Game Data 4.0.0" file from the full install section with a VPN, however, it would take around 8 days to install. 💀

Of course when you proxy all hoyo traffic to Yuuki domains you end up on Yuuki domains

Notice that those say from 3.7 to 4.0, or from 3.6 to 4.0. Then there's only one that says it's 4.0
