tried clearing all 3 star and below weapons using this command: /clear wp lv90 3* r1
it didn't work and they're still there....gahhhhh
(also yes i checked, they are lv90 and r1, but it just doesnt work idk why)

I've never said that, and if I hated it then I just wouldn't do support at all.

What I don't like is having to interrogate people to get basic information. Your problem is easy to solve.

I get it, you also hate dealing with people like me that answer the same questions all day every day and are tired from sturggling to get people to do things, or provide info, or sometimes even just tell the truth - and so I don't give you the simple answer you're looking for and instead try to get you to do all this stupid stuff like learn the basics and how to find out information on the problems.

If you just want a basic answer and no reasoning and no learning then I can give it to you.

Go delete the items from your database. You have added an item to your inventory that is likely broken. When the command is executed, it gets to the broken item and silently fails. You will be required to repeat this for every broken item in your inventory that is causing breakage.

Or you can start all over on a new account.

Delete broken item, fix inventory. Fix inventory, fix command. There you go.

I asked for logs because I believed that it was possible your database was not updated properly and may be outputting an error. If there was an error then I would point it out to you.

Which is also why a restart was an important step, if there was no error, but the database was not updated properly, then a restart would fix it.

You have automatic mongodb checked in settings, so the service is stopped when Grasscutter is closed

A clean download of Grasscutter changes nothing except your actual Grasscutter files

Does absolutely nothing whatsoever to your database files, such as save data, inventory, quests, etc

Issue in your inventory will not be fixed by redownloading anything

If you don't want to investigate the root of issues, then yes. The simpler method would be to specifically avoid doing things to break the account though.

Don't add broken avatars, don't add broken quests, don't log out in strange scenes, don't buy the ? items from the shop (if you manage to get past the screen lock when selecting one)
