go to your game folder, plugins folder and put there the plugins u want

u can open cmd where grasscutter.jar is placed and run java -jar .\grasscutter.jar
when you will stop and start server u don't need to reopen console

I can assume that all that needs to be changed is to add an "api": 2, in the filegc-plugin/src/main/resources/plugin.json.tmpl
because that's how I updated one of old the plugin.
but you probably need to change the version of the library as well
