Unless you plan on dumping & deobfuscating 4.1 protos yourself, or otherwise reverse-hdiffing the 4.1 client, there is not.
The clean answer is that you need to download the full 4.0 client, or wait for 4.1 (or a newer version if it releases first) to be supported

There are no public dumpers, but even if there were you'd still need requisite knowledge on using them properly. That's only one part of course, and deobfuscating them is yet another obstacle, insurmountable I'd say, with no skillset or prior experience in it
Especially considering it gets more difficult/changed methods with every version, since mhy doesn't like people doing it

I'm not a dumper, but even if I were the methods are pretty gatekept for understandable reasons of not making mhy's job easier in making those tools not work. You would still require the requisite knownledge to get into such a group and get access to the tools/methodologies
Older tools for dumping are of course always available, they won't work in the current version as-is.
