Historically there have been 0 bans, suspensions, or any such action taken against any PS users. If anything were to happen to you, you'd be the first person in history to be affected

Needless to say, there's no need to be worried. If you're really paranoid then use the "Clear login cache" and "Delete webCache Folder" options in Cultivation before going back to official.
Again, that's only if you're paranoid and won't really change that there isn't actually much if any risk
